Welcome to Bright and Bold Learning Arena (elormacademy.com). By accessing or using our interactive QTD quizzes, simulations, school monitoring dashboards, and curriculum materials, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Educational Licensing & Use

Individual Students: Permission is granted to temporarily access interactive quizzes, physics, chemistry, biology, and mathematics simulations for personal study and academic development.

Schools & Institutions: Schools and educational centers utilizing our Cambridge and WASSCE curriculum frameworks require valid institutional authorization. Unauthorized commercial redistribution or mass distribution of platform assets is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, source code, master color palettes, UI architecture, animations, and quiz frameworks are the intellectual property of Mr. Killian Elorm Alordzinu and are protected by applicable copyright laws. Users may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute platform code or simulation assets.

3. User Conduct & Security

You agree not to:

Interfere with platform operations, server stability, or security protocols.
Attempt to bypass device fingerprinting, session verification, or subscription access gates.
Share active session tokens or subscription credentials with unauthorized third parties.

4. Online Tutoring Safety & Remote-Only Mandate

Strict Prohibition of In-Person Meetings: All tutoring sessions, academic mentoring, consultations, and guidance facilitated through or associated with Bright & Bold Learning Arena are conducted strictly on a remote, digital-only basis. Users (including students, parents, and guardians) are strictly prohibited from inviting, hosting, or meeting any platform educator, tutor, or affiliated personnel at a private residence, home, or any unverified physical location.

Release of Liability for Off-Platform Conduct: Mr. Killian Elorm Alordzinu and Bright & Bold Learning Arena explicitly disclaim any and all liability, legal responsibility, or duty of care regarding unauthorized physical meetings, private arrangements, or off-platform interactions conducted outside of authorized digital communication channels. Any violation of this remote-only policy constitutes an immediate material breach of these Terms, resulting in permanent account termination without notice or refund.

5. Fair Refund Policy

Because Bright & Bold Learning Arena provides digital educational content, instant activation codes (coupons), and online learning packages:

Digital Coupons & Subscriptions: Once a coupon code, school code pair, or online subscription package has been redeemed, activated, or linked to a student account, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Unused / Unredeemed Vouchers: If you purchased a physical or digital coupon code in error and have not redeemed or linked it to any account, you may request a replacement or review within 7 days of purchase by contacting support.
Technical Errors: In the event of a verified double-billing error or technical failure preventing initial account activation, customers may contact support with transaction references for review and resolution.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The platform and its educational simulations are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Mr. Killian Elorm Alordzinu and Bright & Bold Learning Arena shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from study outcomes, internet connectivity failures, third-party payment gateway issues (Paystack), or automated messaging delays (WhatsApp notifications).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the platform owner, educators, and administrators from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or unauthorized credential sharing.
